The database of missing works of art so far contains information on 234 works and is regularly updated.
Below you can view details of the 10 selected works, while viewing the full database requires additional approval.
The project to mantain the database of missing art will continue with further research by the Center Against Trafficking in Works of Art, and according to reports of missing art to the competent authorities.
Interested parties (museums, galleries, private collectors, etc.) who have already submitted an application to the competent authorities are invited to contact us via email if they are interested in finding their works of art in the “Database of stolen / missing art in Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
The Center Against Trafficking in Works of Art (CPKU) is a non-governmental organization founded in Tuzla in December 2014 with its headquarters in the Ismet Mujezinović International Studio.
The Center is working on establishing a national system of coordination and cooperation, implementing and proposing protective measures, and providing assistance to both institutions, the non-governmental sector and citizens, enabling access to information as well as informing about facts through the official website.
Recording and storing information and data, international cooperation, proposing improvements to legislation in accordance with UN conventions.
